Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms were spacious, new, and well-appointed, making my stay truly enjoyable. The service was top-notch; everyone was so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The location was fantastic, near to everywhere I needed to be, both for business and holiday purposes. The dining experience, while quite pleasant overall, could use some improvement in the freshness of certain items. The facilities were excellent, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
The hotel is a charming gem with personal service and a brilliant location. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere. The dining options are varied but might need improvements in some areas. The facilities are well-maintained, catering to both professionals and couples seeking a quality stay in Sydney.
The hotel is wonderful, located right next to the front entry with a quiet room facing the breakfast courtyard, which was just perfect. The staff are friendly and able to handle any tourist enquiry, although renovations are ongoing. The location is excellent, near everywhere, whether by metro, foot, or bus. The dining, with tea, coffee, and juice, is good but could be better. The facilities are top-notch, offering a pleasant stay overall.
I found this hotel to be a hidden gem in a vibrant backpacker area, offering a modern and cozy stay with huge mirrors in the rooms. The lack of an elevator was not an issue for us, adding to the charm of the place. The service was exceptional, from the perfect breakfast to the shuttle bus arrangement for our convenience. The hotel's fantastic location near coffee shops and restaurants was a major highlight, even though Victoria Court was not up to par in some aspects compared to other places.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a lovely view of downtown Sydney from the sizable balcony where we enjoyed take away food from the neighborhood. They were quiet, comfortable, and had tall windows that added to the charm of the room. The service was exceptional, with personal and obliging staff who were always helpful without being intrusive. The location in Potts Point was excellent, near everything yet quiet, though we sometimes felt unsafe walking back in the evenings. The dining experience was exactly what we wanted, with a good selection of dishes, and the facilities were top-notch.
